Returns & Refunds

BouBoulina Designs accepts returns based on the following

  • Items for return must be returned in an unused or/and unopened condition and in it's original packaging.
  • Refunds will not be given on any products that have been used unless faulty/defected upon receiving.
  • To Return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
  • Returned items must be posted back to us within 14 days of delivery at (proof of postage must be provided by buyer)
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs (proof of postage required). If item is not returned in it's original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We are unable to accept cancellations, exchanges or change of mind on any orders.
Due to the nature of Custom and or Personalised Orders we are unable to accept Cancellations, Returns, Refunds or Exchanges unless the item arrives to you damaged or defective in any way.
